As of Friday June 20, to Sunday June 22, 2025, Will Call orders can be picked up at the festival Box Office which will be located by the main gates of the festival.

In order to fulfill your order, bring your order number, credit card used to purchase the tickets and an identification card that can be used to verify your name, identity and address on file.
The Escapade Music Festival is an event reserved for individuals aged 16 and older ONLY, no exceptions.
Age requirements:
16 and over to enter.
19+ to consume alcohol, 2 IDs required.
VIP passes are reserved for persons aged 19 and older.
Each person will be required to show a valid government issued photo ID. Escapade Music Festival reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone under the required age and/or without a valid form of ID (see question below for forms of ID accepted) without refund.
Each individual entering the grounds will be required to show a valid government issued photo ID. The legal drinking age in Ontario is 19. If you wish to consume any alcoholic beverages at the event or have a VIP ticket, please have two (2) valid pieces of identification with you.
Pictures and/or photocopies of IDs will not be accepted.
Acceptable forms of ID:
- Any government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth
- Government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth (Foreign government-issued allowed)
- Foreign government-issued driver’s license/ID with color photocopy of passport (Not valid for 19+ wristband. To purchase alcohol or enter VIP areas, a physical passport or US ID will be required.)
- Temporary DMV documents proving you are currently renewing a license—ONLY if accompanied by passport or expired license

No, once you exit the festival grounds, you cannot be re-admitted.
This means you have the option to leave the festival at any time; however, it's important to note that re-admittance is not permitted once you leave that same day.
Doors will open when the first artist of the day takes the stage and close 30 minutes before the last artist takes the stage. A detailed set time will be available as the festival approaches.

Yes, security personnel will be stationed across the festival grounds and will be readily available to assist at any time, should the need arise.
Yes, you will be able to purchase food on site, as we will have a variety of food vendors available to cater to different dietary preferences and needs.

Absolutely, the health and safety of our attendees is our priority.
Medical tents and roving medical teams, will be on-site. We advise attendees to familiarize themselves with the locations of these facilities upon arrival. Additionally, our event staff will be available to assist you should you require any help.

At Escapade Music Festival, great events are the heart of what we do. An important part of any great event is ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for our guests, artists and staff to experience.
We are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone. We ask that your conduct contribute to everyone’s enjoyment of the event, be legally appropriate, and not be offensive or abusive to others. For your safety and comfort, unacceptable conduct is subject to ejection and includes, but is not limited to, the following:
• Use of foul, threatening, offensive or abusive language or gestures.
• Discrimination, bullying or hate that harasses, victimizes, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, race, national origin, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, age, ability, physical appearance or other.
• Harassment, including unwelcome or hostile behavior, physical contact or sexual attention.
• Fighting or any other type of violence.
• Wearing or using clothing, signs, and banners which are offensive in nature.
• Intoxication or impairment due to alcohol/cannabis or consumption of illegal substances.
• Throwing objects or interfering with the progress of the event.
• Being in possession of alcohol not purchased inside the festival
• Being a minor in possession of alcohol or providing a minor with alcohol.
• Being in possession of weapons, illegal substances or any other prohibited items.
• Smoking (including e-cigarettes, personal vapourizers, and cannabis) inside the venue.
• Unpermitted access and breaching perimeters to the festival VIP areas or other restricted areas.
• Any other conduct that may be deemed by Escapade Music Festival to be inappropriate or which may adversely affect the safety of persons or property, or disruption of the event.
Escapade Music Festival will not tolerate any unsafe, offensive behaviour that violates of Fan Code of Conduct. Failure to abide by this Code may result in ejection, suspension from entering any or all of our festivals.
Each of us has a responsibility to report any act that goes against the values that we stand for. So, if you see something, say something. Report any safety concerns to our management team right away.
All ticket sales are final (non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.)
