Escapade is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible festival experience for all attendees. Accessibility isincorporated into our site planning, including accessible routes throughout the grounds, and accessible washroom facilities. Due to the size and terrain of the site, some areas may present challenges; however, our team works within these frameworks to support safe and equitable access.
Guests requiring additional assistance are encouraged to connect with our Team in advance or onsite at our Box Office.
WRISTBAND/TICKETING:
We recognize the Access 2 Card Program for support persons.

Guests with an Access 2 Card are eligible for one (1) complimentary support person ticket.

The support person will receive the same level of access as the original ticket holder.
Support Persons
A support person is an individual who accompanies a person with a disability to provide services that are not provided by employees of the participating venue. Examples include assisting the person with eating, administering medication, communicating, using washroom facilities, etc.
How it works:

Purchase one ticket for the guest requiring support.

Visit the festival box office onsite with your order confirmation, ID, and Access 2 Card.

Our team will validate your request and issue a credential for your support person.

Accessible transportation options are available, including designated drop-off zones.
